Ordering Delivery
You can now opt for your driver to leave your groceries at your door. By selecting the Leave at my Door option, you fully accept responsibility for your order after it is delivered, including theft or loss due to damage/spoilage from temperature. To maintain the integrity of your items, we recommend you refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately upon delivery. If your order contains age-restricted items, you are unable to select Leave at my Door, as someone over the age of 21 with a valid U.S. ID must be present to accept delivery.
During checkout, include instructions for your driver as to where to leave your delivery. Choose an area outside your home that is accessible yet secure and protected, keeping weather conditions in mind. If, for any reason, your driver feels the designated area is unsafe, we reserve the right to not leave your order.
If you do not select Leave at My Door, please make sure that someone is home and available to accept your order during your scheduled delivery time. If we are unable to leave your order, or must make multiple delivery attempts, you may be charged a fee.
Please secure your pets prior to your driver's arrival.
Coupons & Tips
Paper coupons and cash tips cannot be accepted with Leave at my Door orders or deliveries made by third-party delivery partners.
Warnings
To ensure the freshness of your products, your order may be packed with dry ice. Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Simply allow the dry ice to evaporate.
