Product Quality
We stock only the highest-quality meat and produce available, which we hand-pick and pack just for you. Our Produce Specialists who are trained to use their senses - sight, touch and smell - to choose only the freshest produce. And before an order can leave our store, it's checked by our Quality Control Specialist for accuracy and proper packaging.
You'll be amazed and delighted at the selection and quality of the thousands of products we offer. You'll find restaurant-quality meats, the freshest seafood and produce picked daily. We carry all your favorite national brands, plus a full line of private label products to help save you money. Our selection also includes household necessities, pet supplies, and health and beauty care items.
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product in your order, please call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-210-9569 and a representative will be happy to assist you. You have up to 7 days after delivery, or until the expiration date printed on the product — whichever is earlier — to contact us for resolution. Food Lion may require the return of products prior to issuing a credit. Some exceptions may apply.
If you are missing a product which is not noted as out of stock, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify Customer Care for a full refund. This is not applicable to alcoholic products - the driver must be notified at the time of delivery.
