Out of Stock Item Substitutions

Occasionally, an item you order online may be out of stock. We can substitute with a similar item in most cases.

 

If you have Substitutions turned on and an item in your order becomes out of stock, we'll strive to provide you with the best comparable product as a substitute. You can also select a preferred substitution for us. Your final total will reflect the price of any substituted items.

 

If you elect to receive substitutions for products ordered online for delivery or pickup and your original product choice had a Shop & Earn offer, we reserve the right to substitute a product that does not have a Shop & Earn offer available. In this case, you will not receive Shop & Earn points for your substituted product purchase.

 

You can manage substitutions for your order using the toggle in your cart. You can also manage individual substitutions underneath each item.

 

While we make every attempt to substitute like for like items, ingredients can often vary. Please check the substituted item carefully for any allergy concerns. If the item does not meet your expectations, please call Customer Care at 1-800-210-9569 and we will gladly refund the purchase price.
