Food Lion Product Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase in-store or in your online order, please do the following:
* For in-store purchases, simply return the product to the store and we will gladly refund your purchase price or replace the product. Or contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-210-9569 to discuss your in-store purchase.
For online or pickup purchases call our Customer Care team at 1-800-210-9569 M-F 8a - 7p, Saturdays 8a - 5p, Sundays - closed and a representative will be happy to assist you. You have up to 7 days after delivery, or until the expiration date printed on the product — whichever is earlier — to contact us for resolution. \Food Lion may require the return of products prior to issuing a credit. Some exceptions may apply. If you are missing a product which is not noted as out of stock, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify Customer Care for a full refund. [This is not applicable to alcoholic beverage products - the driver must be notified at the time of delivery].
